• If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

• We sell greeting cards, crafts, and other physical goods created by Xavier Jay.

• All products are sold “as is” for personal enjoyment or gift-giving.

• Products are handmade or hand-finished, so slight variations may occur.

3️⃣ Orders & Payment

• All orders are processed through xavierjay.com.

• Payment must be made in full upfront by credit card.

• Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and may include applicable Maryland sales tax.

• Once payment is processed, your order cannot be changed or canceled.

4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver by mail or in person (as noted at checkout).

• Shipping times are estimates only; delays may occur due to carrier issues or supply factors beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

• Please double-check your mailing address before submitting your order.

5️⃣ All Sales Final / No Refunds or Exchanges

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

• Because our items are custom, handmade, or limited edition, we cannot resell returned products.

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 business hours so we can review the issue.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

• All products, designs, artwork, packaging, photos, and content on xavierjay.com belong to Winters & Co. LLC / Xavier Jay.

• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, or teach from our work without written permission.

• Any unauthorized use of our designs or branding will be treated as infringement and pursued under applicable law.

• All products are provided “as is.”

• We make no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• You assume full responsibility for your use of our products.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you bought.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9️⃣ Disputes & Governing Law

• These Terms and all purchases are governed by Maryland law.

• Any dispute will be resolved in the District Court of Maryland for Anne Arundel County (small claims division) or another Maryland court of competent jurisdiction.

• You agree not to initiate or participate in any class-action proceeding against us.
