I made this channel to show other kids what I do when I feel worried, scared, or stuck on a word. My dad helps me film it, but every word is mine.

Tapping is also called EFT; it is something I do with my fingers when I feel worried, scared, or stuck. I gently tap on a few spots on my face, hands, and chest while I think or talk about what's bothering me.
It only takes a minute to do it, and you don't need anything special to do it; you can do it anywhere, like at school, in the car, or right before or after something scary happens.
It helps calm my body down when my brain feels too big or too fast. Tapping is easy. You use two fingers and tap gently on 9 spots.

All people who are kind and nice are welcome :)
It's for kids with ADHD or autism, kids like me who stutter, and kids who feel scared sometimes even if they don't have a diagnosis at all.
Maybe you've faced some kind of fear. Crocodiles, alligators, or maybe a cliff, and you were worried about falling. Anxiety is a thing people have and feel all the time — I have it too.
